Homeowners Page

Residents of Ridgetop Commons, this page is devoted to your interests, suggestions, and ideas in an effort to enhance and foster communications within our community.

The Ridgetop community is seeking volunteers to support the community's growth and development. To volunteer, please use the "Contact Us" link to the left or attend one of the monthly board meetings.


Parking & Towing Services

Please note parking rules are enforced from 6pm to 6am.  Violations as outlined in the policy and below will be towed at will.  If towed, the rates are as follows:
  • $135.00 for the tow
  • +$25.00 weekends or holidays
  • +$25.00 after hours 7pm-8am

Please note these prices are set by the county.  

Violations include: Parking in fire lane, No permit ,Outdated permit ,Double parked ,Occupying multiple spaces ,Commercial vehicles ,Expired license plate tags, or Expired inspection.
Towing services for the community are provided by Henry's Wrecker Service.  In the event your vehicle is towed, you may contact Henry's at:

As a reminder, Ridgetop Common's towing policy is outlined in our parking policy.  Ridgetop Commons nor Legum and Norman is responsible for towing expenses.
